Ingredients (per tablet):
- Magnesium Glycinate: A chelated form of magnesium bound with the amino acid glycine, known for high absorption and gastrointestinal tolerance.
- Zinc (as Zinc Sulphate or Gluconate): Essential trace mineral involved in immunity and cell repair.
