Description
Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Tramadol Hydrochloride USP – 37.5 mg
- Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) USP – 325 mg
Indications (Uses)
Tromser-P is indicated for the short-term management of moderate to moderately severe acute pain, including:
- Musculoskeletal pain
- Back and neck pain
- Osteoarthritis pain
- Dental pain
- Post-operative pain
- Injury-related pain
Mechanism of Action
- Tramadol is a centrally acting analgesic that relieves pain by binding to opioid receptors and inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine.
- Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) reduces pain and fever by acting on the central nervous system.
Together, they provide effective pain relief through complementary mechanisms.
Dosage and Administration
- Take only as prescribed by your physician.
- May be taken with or without food.
- Swallow the tablet whole with water.
- Do not exceed the prescribed dose or the recommended daily limit of acetaminophen.
- Use for the shortest duration necessary to control pain.

Warnings and Precautions

Storage
