Description

Composition

Each tablet contains:

• Tramadol Hydrochloride USP – 37.5 mg
• Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) USP – 325 mg

Indications (Uses)

Tromser-P is indicated for the short-term management of moderate to moderately severe acute pain, including:

• Musculoskeletal pain
• Back and neck pain
• Osteoarthritis pain
• Dental pain
• Post-operative pain
• Injury-related pain

Mechanism of Action

• Tramadol is a centrally acting analgesic that relieves pain by binding to opioid receptors and inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine.
• Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) reduces pain and fever by acting on the central nervous system.

Together, they provide effective pain relief through complementary mechanisms.

Dosage and Administration

• Take only as prescribed by your physician.
• May be taken with or without food.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water.
• Do not exceed the prescribed dose or the recommended daily limit of acetaminophen.
• Use for the shortest duration necessary to control pain.

Warnings and Precautions

• Prescription-only medicine.

Drug Interactions

Use with caution if taking:

• Sleeping pills or sedatives (e.g., benzodiazepines)
• Antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAO inhibitors)
• Other medicines containing paracetamol
• Alcohol

Storage

• Store below 30°C.
• Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
