Each tablet contains:

  • Naproxen 500 mg
  • Esomeprazole Magnesium (equivalent to Esomeprazole) 20 mg

Mechanism of Action:

  • Naproxen reduces pain, inflammation, and fever by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby decreasing prostaglandin production.
  • Esomeprazole suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the gastric proton pump (H⁺/K⁺-ATPase), helping protect the stomach from NSAID-induced ulcers.

Dosage & Administration:

  • Adults: One tablet twice daily, or as directed by the physician.
  • Take at least 30 minutes before meals.
  • Swallow the tablet whole with water.
  • Do not crush, split, or chew the tablet.
